Andes Fantasyland

By Matthew Bamberg / May 12, 2006

This is the view of Sucre, a city high up in the Andes. Here you’ll find stunning scenery in a colonial city from the hundreds-of-years-old architecture to the eclectic mix of people that make their way up and down the cobblestone streets.

We’re not just talking about the traditionally dressed Inca men, women and children, but also about students–young people that look just like any other in the Western world. Rings and metal devices running through facial body parts; pants slipping off on the guys and lots of skin blasting above tight jeans among the girls.

What a mix!
