Tangoing with my Canon in BA

The antics that go on in the San Telmo district in Buenos Aires are not to be missed. If it’s Sunday, it’s time for the San Telmo Antiques Market, Buenos Aires
not only a shopping event, but also a cultural event. Tango, performance artistry and music fill the quaint cobblestone streets. Being a part of it all is taking a trip to the way it was at the beginning of the 20th century.

A place like this is a candid photographer’s wonderland.

With my pockets filled with change, I smile hold up my camera at a perspective subject, reach into my pocket,take out a couple of pesos, look for a smile back and then photo my way to oblivian–
